Art: Engineering: Audio: Production:Lead Animator
Working closely with the Art Director, the Lead Animator will be responsible for directing and executing the animation vision for our upcoming projects. This role also involves managing and directing other animators, especially outside contractors.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of industry experience working as an Animator with at least 1 shipped AAA title
- Excellent technical knowledge of Maya and its scripting language
- Extensive experience in rigging and skinning characters
- Strong character modeling skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work within a highly dynamic startup environment where team members typically have multiple responsibilities

Senior Game Systems Engineer
The Senior Game Systems Engineer will work closely with the Technical Director to develop innovative software solutions for our upcoming projects. This role will also involve close collaboration with artists and designers as well as helping to direct and manage outside engineering experts.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of industry experience working as a software engineer with at least 1 shipped AAA title
- Proficient in C/C++
- Ability to both design and work within various scripting languages
- Strong 3D math skills
- Can work with other departments and assess and address game systems needs
- Being able to grasp the big picture of how various systems must interact
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work within a highly dynamic startup environment where team members typically have multiple responsibilities
- Able to work independently with a minimum of supervision

Lead Audio Engineer
Please note: We are taking applications now, but will likely not be filling this position until early 2009.
The Lead Audio Engineer will create and oversee all audio requirements for our upcoming projects. This role will also include managing and directing outside audio contractors.
Qualifications:
- 5 years industry experience working as an Audio Engineer.
- Ability to create and mix compelling in-game audio assets
- A high degree of quality control for well-performed and implemented SFX, voice and music.
- Proficiency with professional audio software and hardware.
- Experience working with game audio engines, tools and middleware
- Experience giving direction to other audio creators, especially contracted experts.
- Ability to work within a highly dynamic startup environment where team members typically have multiple responsibilities

Development Director
Please note: We are taking applications now, but will likely not be filling this position until early 2009.
The Development Director will work with all production disciplines to produce and manage the scheduling needs for our upcoming projects. This role will also act as one of the main communicators between the team and our publisher, Electronic Arts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing or helping to manage internal teams within the video game industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams through all phases of the product development process from pre-production to shipment.
- Experience with an outside publisher with regards to managing expectations, communicating milestones and coordinating build uploads
- The ability to understand the impact of development issues and to forecast the ramifications of decisions made during the concept/pre-production phase.
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate and work with all disciplines within a game team.
- Ability to work within a highly dynamic startup environment where team members typically have multiple responsibilities
