Information our Games process
The Games we publish may process certain personal information such as user name, friends list, game score(s), achievements and device information to enable game play in accordance with the game’s end user license agreement and terms and conditions, available on our Website here. We do not actively collect or store any of this information, and it is only used for game play. However, we may be able to access such information through APIs we use. In addition, if you consent, Sports Scramble processes voice chat audio so you can communicate with other players. For Games we develop that we do not publish, please refer to the published privacy policy for information about any personal information that is processed.
Testimonials/Press
We may receive testimonials from players of our Games via the public press and other news or review outlets that cover our games. We process this information in order to fulfil our legitimate interests to receive feedback on our products.

Armature is based in the United States. Accordingly, if you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”), the personal information that you provide to us or that is processed by our games will be transferred to, and stored at/processed in countries outside the EEA and the UK including the United States, and your personal information may also processed by staff operating outside the EEA and the UK who work for us or one of our third party service providers or partners.
